Bad service

I got cleared off debt review in September. I see that all but 4 accounts have bad payment history. I log disputes online on mycreditcheck site. I follow up via phone calls (it takes minimum 15 minutes on the queue). I explain that i need the 4 accounts cleared, I am told that my counsellor should send clearance, i confirm that clearance is sent, I am told about a DHS screenshot. My counsellor sends, i call again now and the consultants answer and leave the phone hanging. That happened the last 3 times I called. I just need my accounts cleared, I have evidence. No one is helping.
