Bad Service

Total pathetic service, first they didn’t update my profile. Lost on a car deal. I lodged a dispute it was not resolved. I cancelled the dispute. I was told it will be off my profile in 48 hours. Today it’s the 72nd hour the thing still blocking my vehicle finance deal. No one bothers to answer their phones.
