Bad service

They are sitting with my documents and not updating their systems ever since my debt councillor submitted for me in 18 March and was told it was going to take 7 working days then after I was told they changed their procedures and regulations and would start 12 April, my documents got submitted again 13 April and I called them 21 April and it took about an hour for me to get a consultant , I then spoke to someone named Mpho who couldn't find my file and after 20 minutes she told me it's with the investigations department and they will take less than 20 days to assist, my life is on hold because of them, I'm in the position of losing my home, my mom is sick and I can't afford medical bills, my kids are suffering and I have resorted to loan sharks as survival ,my expenses are more than my income now, my life is a mess now because of all of this,
