Bad service

In 2022 there was a MR Price account that was opened under my name .I logged a dispute with MR Price and the account was closed .The account is still showing as active on both My credit check and Clear Score .I have logged dispute with Experian SA with no luck .They asked me for a paid up letter ,I have attached all documents that I sent to MR price and even the victim letter .I am not sure what else these people want from me .I have logged 2 disputes with them for this and they are not resolving the issue .This is fustrating
