Bad Service and Unprofesionalism

This Bureau is very very bad and unprofessional

they dont update information with correct facts or verify they just decide to list without any proof

iam listed with all wrong information from residential, work and credits

i sent them emails on several occasion to remove wrong information under my name to date nothing is done or any respond from them

they dont even answer telephhones nnow my name reflect bad even after sending them my correct information with proof

this people keep playing games instead of resolving issues

i sent them all information they requested spoke to Gale ,Spoke to Vinay and lot more no one is competent to resolve a simple matter even after sending them all correct information including letters,ID copies ,Proof of resident etc etc iam fed up with this rubish is like they dont get managed i mean if a manage sees all this conversation from consumers and sit with on his/her chair is really ***********.

Now their negligent affect me and my family
