Bad service and false reporting on credit records

This is a classic exanple of anthor business that only does what its being told.

They made a mistake on my credit listing.

I have logged a querry twice and submitted all letters and documents from Nedbank.

When you do a followup they says its closed. No feedback or cortection made.

And dont even try to call you will hold for more than an hrs.

They and the banks dont care on how they treat customers.

Whish we could blacklist them that it also affects their trading records
