Bad Service

I have been calling their landline with no response, we are told on the phone answering message to send emails but no one is responding to emails. They are a credit company but take forever to assist customers. I urgently need assistance with my profile and i am not sure how this is going to be resolved when phones are not being answered and emails are also not attended to.
