bad service

I have been calling and sending emails and my report is not being updated, i just called . I have logged dispute on one of my account and i still have not received any feedback, you wait on the line for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, today I spoke to James that put the phone down on my ear, he was telling me that he does not see my dispute being logged after alomost 2 months.I have emailed the team leader as well by the name of Zain Golding but still no responce from as well.i am really dispapointed with the service.
