Bad service
I'm struggling to get hold of Experian credit bureau. I've sent an email requesting that my information be updated and attached the evidence as well. A week has passed without hearing from them including just a simple acknowledgement of an email or something to show that the email was received. This is not the first time I'm experiencing such a bad service from these guys.
