Bad service

I have been lodging complaint regarding accounts that were previously prescribed and should no longer be reflected as active adverse debt on my credit profile, but which have recently been reloaded and are now negatively affecting my credit record. Experian is not responding and calls are not answered, WhatsApp also there is no response. Nimble has sent letter to them and they are not updating the accounts.
