bad service

I want my credit record cleared after debt review was removed. Ncr as well as transunion did this in 24 hours. After calling experian 15 times without answer, 2 emails was send, without reply. After all this I eventually got hold of someone at experian who was actually extremely rude and i was told to lodge a dispute and after 21 days i should phone them. All I want is my credit record cleared, is it to much to ask. I need my credit record cleared but with experians attitude and NO SERVICE, when will this ever happen
