Bad Service

So https://www.mycreditexpert.co.za/ and https://www.mycreditcheck.co.za/ have completely different data, one is updated correctly and one has accounts that haven't been updated. I paid off these accounts in March, logged 3 disputes that worked in my favor, and an expectation of it to be removed within 24/48 hours but weeks /months later it's still there.

Your customer care number never gets answered, and your dispute investigation takes over 5 days to be assigned a disputed number after submission
