Bad Service

Experian has done this twice now on my profile, the duplicated my accounts and when i asked them to remove both the accounts because those accounts were fully paid up they only removed one account and now i'm left with the account that I i don't know and I don't owe and really it is affecting my financial situation my ref number is :REECM ********** 00025
