Hi there

Please note I was on Debt Review I received all my paid up letters and certificate everything was send to you as the credit bureau to update my Credit report as taking off all the account that's Paid up but the Loan for Sanlam that was with Directaxis is not taking off its still showing as a active account and that I am in arrears but I have my paid up letter and certificate showing I am not in debt please update my ITC also as all my payments was made.

this is really making my credit score bad.

Please resolve this as this is not acceptable if this is not resolve then I have no choice as to go to my lawyer as I am gatvol of following up on something that was suppose to be resolved.
