Bad service

I have an account with Experian when they deduct R21 every month so that I can view my credit report, I have been trying to view my credit profile and the package I am paying for is not available, they are only offering me a one year free credit report though I am paying.

I have tried to call them several times all you get is the answering machine where they play you music for 10 minutes, with no agent talking to you and using the email that they give you is useless because they never respond to it.

I need my status to be updated as I paid some accounts but nothing can be done because of this bad service
