Bad service
Its been over 2 months now and my paid up accounts have not been updated and my credit score has worsened and logging a dispute will take about 21 workings days for matter to be resolved, i sent an email to the complaints department on Thursday and got an auto response that it will be acknowledged within 9 working days, my life is on a standtill because of all this, even when you call you hold on for hours to get a consultant....im really upset and frustrated because i cant even sort out my life or apply for credit anywhere, my kids are suffering because of all this

25 Nov 2022, 10:00You clearly don't get my frustration or have never been in my shoes...I've waited 2 months for my stuff to be updated and now u tell me to wait 20 business days for my credit score to be amended do u even care because if I did u would treat my matter as urgent ..
