Bad

I have now used a huge amount of airtime to try and find an agent to help me with my dispute for Experian but I haven't gotten anyone on the phone. My credit score and profile details have not been changing. Accounts that I have closed are still appearing and thus resulting in me not being able to open new accounts. Very bad experience, can anyone kind enough in Experian try to help me. This is so bad.
