Bad experience with Experian Credit Bureau.

The worst credit bureau. Their poor service is causing businesses to lose contracts and also consumers to not get credit. I have an issue with Vodacom using this bureau. The Experian Mycreditcheck and Experian Mycreditexpert are not in sync and being updated correctly. Experian ignores all e-mails from both the business and consumers. It is impossible to contact anyone from Experian. I tried contacting Vericred and other credit bureaus and had quick response. Experian is by far the worst credit bureau and I suggest that businesses should not use them. Vodacom is losing contracts due to their in efficiency. Giving them 1 is a bonus.
