Bad Experian SA the worst bureau

Experian is one of the worst ever credit bureaus in South Africa.In 2024 I logged a dispute for accounts i have paid in full the dispute was resolved and the creditor confirmed that the accounts was paid.In 2025 these fully paid up accounts appear again on my record.I contacted Experian but was told that it was the creditor.When contacting the creditor to they show me the communication they had with Zain Golding of Experian.The accounts still until today shows but this round shows as early settled which was never the case.The accounts was closed in 2024 and not 2025.A dispute was raised in 2024 after months they were closed.This is just a indication that Experian do what they want even if it effect you as a consumer badly they just don't care.And your scoring stand still or drop as they dont care how it affects you.To raise a dispute with them was also one of the worst experiences because they either tell you they cant log a dispute because of the retention period.And they the only Bureau that have the longest retention period.Why dont NCR allow consumers to also choose were there data can be kept because I FOR ONE will not use Experian cause the useless in providing accurate information about consumers.
