Bad debt review off account that is not ours on Experian South africa

I have been trying to clear account that is not ours on our credit listing for more then a month . Experian does not answer there phones and if the do hold on and we will transfer still I don’t get any joy from them, how can we get them to take the wrong listing of our name.

I am disappointed with them and the service it’s really bad service and can really do damage pd to once name On bad credit if the account does not belong to you. We have proof and confirmation from RCS that the account does not belong to user, please help us get this resolved it’s really bad.
