BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE -
I have been trying to speak to a consultant for the last 10 days. I paid up all my debt in June and my credit score is not changing at all. The accounts got removed but no change. Trying to get hold of someone at your contact centre is very difficult waiting 30-50 minutes only to find out that no- one will answer. The service level is 0% at this point. I really need assistance. I hope i will get a response.

I paid up all my debt in June already and i understand it takes time but it heading to six months now.
