Bad bad service ever..

My cousin's information is not updated on this one credit bureau, are they being paid to make people's life worse to what the economy is doing cause, if they can't serve their purpose rather they close,cause how can 3 credit bureaus close a prescribed account and they delay to close is.. The ombudsman and the NCR need to close this company cause by far its not helping us but making people's life hell. This is one credit bureau am not happy with. My cousin is stucked now cause of them.

Is Woolworths paying this credit bureau to keep the prescribed account active while other credit bureaus have closed the account... Experian is not professional, can the NCR close this company please cause people's life's are being ruined cause of... Bad bad credit bureau ever...

Can this credit bureau stop blocking people from changing their past mistakes, my cousin is badly to start a life, his account have been removed from other credit bureau but this useless credit bureau kept the information on even when tey know they can't,.. Can the ombudsman and the NCR make a plan about this useless Experian bureau please
