BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

The worst service I have ever experienced. I lodged a dispute with you, it was resolved last month, yet I am not able to apply for anything that requires a credit check because the disputes have not been resolved yet I received emails from you guys a few weeks back that the disputes have been resolved in my favour. I tried calling you for two days and waited on the phone for almost two hours and on both days no one answered and my emails go unanswered as well. The service is so appalling for a company that deals with people's critical information.
