Bad attitude

To whom concern

I don't understand the stinking attitude that I always receive from the Experian credit beauro. My African Bank Credit Card was paid off on the 14th December 2018 and the account still shows as being in arrears a a month after being paid off in full.

Now I contacted African Bank to have them expediate the process of updating my profile with the relevant beauros, which they did. Tranunion updated my profile immediately. Experian is still dragging their feet even though Thulisile Mbatha, Mpho Mokgotho, both from the call centre confirmed that the instruction was received on the 14th of January 2019.

What does a customer still need to do??
