Bad and Poor Service

Poor Service and lack of feedback. I had logged a dispute to investigate unauthorized inquiries on my credit report. Experian had apparently investigated and the inquiries were to be removed the 20 business day rule also already lapsed. Its a month later and those unauthorized enquiries are yet to be removed when I followed up with Experian I was told that they have escalated to their IT department to have it removed because they not sure why it still reflects on my report. I needs this issue resolved as I am getting no help.
