Awful customer experience

Experian customer service and turn around times are extremely poor. If they dont reply to emails they do not answer phones. I cannot view my credit score online or my banking app and on experian due to not enough credit information. How is this even possible? Also taking time to clear my record even though the clearance certificate was shared.
