Attention Required: Poor Service and Lack of Communication
Good day, I have been trying to reach you by phone and email without any success. For more than an hour, your lines claim to be experiencing high call volumes, yet no one answers, and my emails remain unanswered. This is extremely poor service. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities. Kindly provide me with an alternative contact number and email address urgently.

23 Sept 2025, 17:06Thank you for your response. I am registered with UP, and my concern is the debts that are still appearing even though they have been paid off. There are two accounts that belong to Cabangela Phambili, which I disputed. However, I was told that my dispute is invalid, even after I sent a certified clearance certificate and paid-up letters multiple times. Despite this, I have still not received any assistance.
I kindly request your help and guidance on what steps I should take next. I will also follow up with an email.
