ARROGANT AND UNINTERESTED EXPERIANEX

This company ruins people's lives, I have two accounts that are listed as being in arrears for 39 months, with no judgements or any enforcement action taken by the FSP in question, I raised prescription with compuscan, days later they rep**** that the account(s) have not reached prescription, how so when the law states that prescription is 36 months without payment, acknowledgement or enforcement/judgement? When you call in the phone goes unanswered for very long periods till you run out of call minutes, this is not the case with Transunion and XDS. This company is deliberately disenfranchising people for their own selfish reasons, the NCR should do something urgent about this
