Application for credit card

Good day. I tried to apply for a credit card and was declined. I app**** at fnb and standard bank. I was advised that it says refer to ITC. I have checked transunion and XDS and both seem fine. I suspect experian the issue as I had enquiry before with issues on my absa account and till today I don't have an updated credit report. I submitted my ID and proof of residence and no response. The call center is non response as I just hold on. I do have email from experian confirming my abs account is updated as closed as I paid it up... I require full info as to why my applications are been declined. Currently I only have two accounts which are up to date. This is really affecting my well being as my life is been determined by a computer. I have made sure my accounts are paid timeously.<br> Thanks
