another disgruntled future consumer

Experian , (both credit check and credit expert) takes incompetence to a whole new level. I have been struggling to get my score improved. Paid up all my accounts but none have been updated. i have accounts reflecting close to 5 years paid up. still on my profile. Numerous emails where sent but no reply. numerous attempts to contact them have failed. it defies logic the manner on how conduct business and for major banks to still use them. I had their employee listed as a last update on one of my accounts, when i traced him he is registered as a cleaner with Experian. This company dont realize they are stopping consumers from rehabilitaion and returning to stimulate the economy, Credit is vital for most business to survive. Whoever is running Experian is as useless as they staff they manage. Please contact me urgently to rectify my accounts and updates now.
