Angry Homebuyer

I have recently decided to buy a house and according to my credit report from Experian i have outstanding debt. I have tried contacting this company from 27 January 2016 but with no success. It has been confirmed by my creditors that my debt has been paid in full and i need Experian to clear my credit report so that i can purchase a house. I have phoned every single day from 27 January 2016 until today and they simply do not answer their phones or reply to your e-mails. This is unacceptable, the owners of the house are relying on me to purchase this home but because of the incorrect report submitted by Experian to my bank I can't do anything. I need to know whether this company still exists or if it's a ****. You can't be phoning a place for over a month and they simply do not answer their phones, that's insane.
