ALL SHOW AND NO GO CALL CENTRE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been battling for months to get out of Experian and Clearscore any proof of their statement that I have gone over my credit limit in the last six months, as this never happened. All you get is request for screen dumps and promises, meaningless apologies and totally useless emails to pacify me. The scorecard department response seems to be the problem. So how is that my problem? A new report came out today and it still indicates that I exceeded my credit limits.
