All other credit bureaus can update a simple credit history, except Experian, YET AGAIN!

It looks like, this is the only way that anything actually does get done at Experian.

I have had issues with my credit report not being updated at Experian specifically, more than once now and I have tried calling only to be reverted back to the individual creditor, in this instance Vodacom.

FNB, on a different issue had to resend the instruction, 3 times I think? for it to be finally updated???

wow, thats very professional from a credit bureau, which deals with sensitive data such as this??

Now, can I ask that my profile be updated accordingly? PLEASE!!

My Vodacom data was last updated in April of this year and I dont know who is to blame for that... but all I can see is that my XDS and Transunion credit profiles have been updated correctly??? so why not Experian??

Vodacom says they sent the instuction?? It clearly seems that they have as the other credit bureaus have it updated??

so the stuff up must be from Experian??

I received 8, yes 8 separate emails, on the 23/09/2018 stating that there had been account adjustments to my profile and yet when I checked now, Nothing has changed since the last time I pulled a report? Hows that even possible?? What was adjusted?? I compared the report to the one I pulled the previous week and nothing changed?? So why do I get the adjustments on my profile email then?? If nothing has changed?? this is very irresponsible and down right unprofessional. PLEASE FIX YOUR MESS!!!!!!
