***** alert linked to my profile.

I am writing here hoping my matter will be resolved it has been over 2years now when I apply for credit I am told my profile is linked with a ***** alert which I don't know about it . I feel like this company doesn't care about us people of South Africa as I have wrote numerous emails which are being ignored. Transunion doesn't have any ***** alert linked to my profile only Experian . Please sort out this matter or I am reporting to the credit ombudsman. I am being held hostage by this ***** alert linked to my credit profile.
