Agent refused to help and accept settlement letter after other companies did!!!!

I just spoke to one of their agents and he HUNG up on me!!!! The details that are on your system are false!!! I have a settlement letter from the Service Provider and the agent did not even want to help me regarding it!!! Its pathetic that my details can be updated at the other companies and not yours!!! SORT IT OUT!!!!
