After 3 Years still no update done

In 2012 June debt review was cancelled on my name and all South African ITC companies where notified by DebtBusters to remove the listing of debt review under my name , Transunion and compuscan updated my credit profile accordingly expect Experian. I contact Debtbuster and they confirmed that they emailed Exprian all required documents to update my record.I will like to Experian to please kindly update my record , i have emailed them but like all the other people complaining , no response is received on there mailbox ,yet am worried that why has it been 3 year and Experian has not update but transunion and other itc companies where able to update my profile accordingly .
