African bank false enquiry

The level of service from Experian is 0 existent and they don’t know what they what they are doing or how to rate, I don’t know how they qualified to become a credit bureau, am thin-kin of starting a petition against Experian even their rating is bad, I have an enquiry from African Bank but I didn’t apply for a loan, I was checking my credit score via the African Bank website as per the attached screenshot, can you kindly help remove it on my credit score as I didn’t apply for a loan. since I lodged a complaint on 2nd May on mycreditcheck and via email no feedback.
