Adverse listing cell c

I complained to capitec bank about an adverse listing they say the cell c account is the one that's appearing on my profile as an adverse listing guys please remove the cell c account permanently from my profile as it's now affecting me getting credit with Capitec bank

Tell me where to report this cell c account because you guys are not doing your job because its supposed to be removed a long time ago but i have to complain about it each month
