Adding Prescribed Debt on Experian Credit Report

I trust that you are well.

My name is Lebohang. I had a credit card with Absa in 2012/ 2013. The credit was removed from my Experian credit report few years ago due to prescription. However, I noticed this morning that the Absa credit card was added again in my Experian credit report. I have not paid or acknowledged this debt in the past 5 years, nor was the summons sent to me.

Could you please advise on the process to be followed to resolve this issue? particularly the re-adding on the credit in my credit report and the attempt to collect on the prescribed debt by LMW (the third party agency). I look forward to your guidance.
