Account updated and then relisted again as 12 months in arrears
I submitted a dispute last September last year for a paid up account and that account was updated after back and forth with Experian and now that account had relisted again in January as 12months in arrears. Ive submitted another dispute for which I'm waiting for a reference number forever. Their service sucks!!!! They don't answer the phone or the they drop calls!!! When you get through you're sent from pillar to post. They don't respond to emails!!! They not in the service business for sure. They are sooo unprofessional!!!

Please update the account as per my paid up letter which states that that account was paid up in August last year, I want my record to reflect as such. That account still shows that before it was closed, It was in arrears for 12 months at least of which its not true. Surely I'm legally entitled to my details being reflected properly. I want to buy a house in 3 months time and want to raise some capital for my small business and that account is its not favorable for my credit prospects.
