Account paid-up 24 months ago still reflects om my

The following Credit card account was paid-up more than 24 months ago. After filing a dispute, it still showed. I filed the second dispute end of November. Still shows. Reflecting badly on my name. They keep telling me I have to wait 20 days. But since the 1st dispute was not sorted I am worried. The last time I paid twice for an updated report. It was still reflecting. I actually paid double because the deducted the R25 for the report twice. They said they would credit me for that but I can see no such credit on my profile. Where is my money and will I get the next (hopefully updated) report without paying yet another R25? THE TRUTH IS THAT THIS CREDIT CARD CURRENTLY IS ABOUT R50 OVERPAID AND STILL THEY SAY I AM IN ARREARS BY R1067??????
Why MUST they take the full 20 days anyway to rectify and clear my name after 24 months of unfair treatment?
Credit bureau can do whatever they like and it is a very difficult and long time consuming process for the consumer to clear one's name. They make it such a hassle that the consumer later just want to give up. Please people stand against this

RSTD BANK - MASTER CARD CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OPEN/CURRENT 26-07-2014 R 1067.00 R 1067.00 R 10000
