ACCOUNT PAID UP 2013

A nedbank account that I paid up in 2013 is still showing as outstanding - NOT ONLY THAT - but the settled amount of R16555 is showing as the installment pushing my monthly installments overall on my profile to ridiculous amounts.<br> <br> I called last week and spoke to John Digale who said this account would automatically fall off on 28FEB! <br> I checked today and NOTHING! I called and spoke to Busani who told me to check again after 48hrs! <br> <br> I find it hard to understand how a company that is responsible for people's credit profiles could be so ***********! My life is on a standstill because of this and I need a resolution asap! & I am not prepared to wait for 20 whatever days to have this sorted! I need action now!
