Account Paid in Full

I have just have the worst conversation with your employees, he was irritated and annoyed with me. It was one of the worst costumer experiences of my life, he was just so unwilling to help and kept on making excuses. I have been struggling to remove something from my name for almost a year now. The email address he gave I have mailed but apparently according to him that email did not exist back then. Can someone please get in contact with me to help me solve this matter. I have logged it on your website (my credit checks) and I have mailed this so many time to you.

I would really just like this matter resolved please.
