ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED

Experian SA I'm nt happy wit yo service tried calling you since yesterday on *** nobody responds, I logged a dispute about an account that I settled on September 2019, I even provided you wit a paid up letter and even the credit provider Cc me de email sent to u to update my profile, it's so disappointing that the same account is still open and active with 6 months arrears on it. And this had a very negative impact on my credit score, it dropped with 100 points.
