Account not updated but disputed and paid up in full

There is letsatsi account which is paid up on my profile it was last updated on 31of January 2022 the account was disputed but it still appear as update account I don't know how must I disputed it so that it come out of my profile it has opening balance of R9388 and the current balance ofR7824 and the monthly instalment of R1565 letsatsi loans gave me letter stating that all account paid up but to my surprise on the other platforms it doesn't appear but on another experian it appears so please help me out by taking out that letsatsi loan
