Account not updated

Please help Ive been trying to get my accounts updated, ive closed my FNB credit card and Cell C im 2021 but not updating on your site. With the cellc account you keep on telling me that it will get updated within 72 hours since july 2022. I followed up on Monday i was told the same thing again today is more than 96 hours still not updated. cellc account ref CD252236 that i was giving on monday

With FNB credit card, you keep on saying there is no dispute logged, i logged a new dispute for the 3rd time on Monday, according to your auto reply, i should get ref with 72 hours , is more than 96 hours, im sure im going to get same the the respond of dispute not logged again. i never received any ref for this but this time around i kept an autoreply email as proof
