Account History Dispute

My Dept counselor fist sent in my clearance letter to compuscan, xds, Transunion and Experian on the 31st of October 2019. All the 3(xds, Transunion and Experian ) credit bureau's updated my dept review status and closed and updated all the accounts within the 10 day period except compuscan. When you call their department they keep on given you multiple email addresses to resubmit all the documents, again and again, Then after submitting to every email address they have, they still fail to update your accounts. I was told to wait for 7 days and I did but my profile is still not updated only to be told that their system has a "glitch" on my profile alone? Some of their call center agents like Gareth just shout on the phone and drop the call on you when you ask to speak to someone else. All I ask is for you to update my accounts as you are supposed, nothing else. Next step is reporting this to the NCR
