Account Brought Up to date , But still reflects negatively on my Credit Profile

Hi i have my Markhams account brought up to date i was late with payment by one month there i have updated my payment on the 30 th of Septemeber , i called in 3 Beaurus Compuscan says it takes 60 days to update this is too long , i have a letter from the credit provider stating my account is up to date . I have medical bills that i need to pay , this is impacting my life drastically please assist asap .
