Absolutely terrible service

I did an application for a bond and i was told that due to my credit rating at Experian, i didn't qualify. Unfortunately, Experian has a lot of incorrect information on their system so i tried to contact them to have this corrected. The fobbed me off to another company called Clearscore! I have emailed them about 50 times and been on the phone for a total of over 2 hours without any response. This has to the most useless company i have ever dealt with. They are messing up my credit rating and there is NOTHING i can do about it.
