Absolutely disgusting, how they conduct themselves

I sent them an email back in december already. only to have to resend it to a different email address.

I got a reply 3 weeks later telling me I have to wait an addittional 20 days for them to decide on my stuff. after sending them a court order.

Our government has a higher chance of not being ******* than these people either answering the phone or getting back to you regarding anything.
